Happy New Year!!

Hello all!

I am so sorry for disappearing but a lot changed during the last 2 months.

As I mentioned before, I started my anti-depressants and we increased our walks (in December we did daily walks, and in January we will go for 3 walks a week ). I also started daily yoga ( Center with Yoga with Adrienne) so my free time is limited.

I finally decided to start a youtube channel and I am so happy and proud of myself. You can check it here: .

I feel that sometimes I have no free time but I also do what I love so it does not feel so bad. I am trying my best to avoid burnout but I feel that the yoga routine helps a lot 🙂 .

Please follow your dreams, even if they are crazy because the happiness that brings will fuel your whole life.
