Yesterday I was in a very dark place but today I want to share something good about my mental state, just to create a balance in the Universe.
Hyperfixation or mania episodes (I like to call it a mania because it sounds more dramatic, soap opera cool) is the gift that God gives you to bribe you into staying alive. It is the superpower that helps you learn everything on a subject in 48h (stuff I will forget in a few days but ok), and motivates you to clean the whole house in one hour, including vacuuming, disinfecting the bathroom, and washing dishes. It is the laser focus that seems unnatural, in the zone, being able to write and make financial reports 10 times faster than anyone.
I do not know if this gift is enough for all the other fucked up shit I have to experiment but sometimes I have to see the good part in order to be able to get out of bed in the morning.
