I was in love with meditation and spirituality since I was 15, but because I was busy believing all kinds of crap, I never got to this type of information. I had no idea that Mindfulness was not good for people with trauma and that can make some harm rather than help. In the video from Dr.K, I heard that for the first time and I was amazed. At a short google search, I realized that this is something that people are quite familiar with.
