Weight loss diary – week 7

24th of January 2022 – Monday

This is how my diary usually starts, but not this week.

This week I had no time to write daily because sometimes life happens. I am trying to get rid of the guilt I feel when I am not able to do things in order. This week we managed to eat healthier and keep our food habits in check, even though we had a lot on our plates.

Yesterday I weighed 69.5 kg and today 69.9 because last night we ordered some donuts and had a donut party. That is why I think there is this difference. It is ok, It looks like a 0.5 kg progress I guess.

Next week I will get back to the diary format. Thank you all for understanding.
