Cooking ideas – Fennel Salad and baked potatoes

Today I made something to eat that I actually loved. II decided to put it on the blog because I want to have it for when I will need inspiration.

Fennel Salad:  

This is the original recipe, I did not have mint, I have normal salad, in a bag. I also did not peel the fennel, I just cut it. I added pomegranate seeds. For the dressing, I mixed orange juice, olive oil, and mustard. 

My potatoes:

I had small potatoes, I boiled them a little, smashed them, and add things to them. I wanted to add rosemary but I had none so I added olive oil, salt with chili flakes, pepper, and oregano. I kept them in the oven for 20 minutes, until golden and nice.

I hope this is a good suggestion, I will make it again for sure.
