Tortilla Pizza

This is not something I invented but I love it. I could eat this every day.

I am counting calories and this type of pizza has about 500 calories, depending on what you add to it. I use this recipe as a snack in the afternoon and this is my last meal before starting my fasting for 14 – 16 hours.

In order to know exactly how many calories it has, I add together the calorie count and make a total.

Example: Tortilla 199 calories + 100 calories Salami + 50 calories ketchup + 100 calories cheese + 50 calories olives  = 499 calories. 

I use the kitchen scale for this, I try to be closer to the real number and check every label.

HOW TO:

  1. First pre-heat the oven. I set it to 220 and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. I take a baking sheet, put one tortilla on it, spread a little ketchup on top, add the salami, olives, and grated cheese. 
  3. I put it in the oven until the cheese gets a little golden (around 10 – 15 minutes).
