Yesterday I was out of bread and in my city shops are closed on Sunday so I made some nice homemade buns. This is small bread, not fluffy, sweet buns.
500 g flour
7 g dry yeast
300 ml water
20 ml Olive oil
half a soon of sugar
How to do it: mix everything in a bowl and let it grow. I split them in small buns shape before letting the grow.
After 30 or 40 minutes, you can put some egg wash over them and add some seeds. Pre-heat the oven and them bake them at 170° C. Check them with a toothpick after 30 minutes and take them out when they are done. You can see the pictures with them below.
