Not so sweet meringue

3 egg whites

5 small spoons of powder sugar

1 dust of salt

Vanilla or vanilla essence

First step is to pre heat the oven at 100 degrees celsius.

Put the egg whites in the mixing ball with a dust of salt and mix them until they are really fluffy and ferm.

Start adding the sugar in small quantities and keep mixing until you get a marshmallow like consistency.

Put the batter in a pipping bag and make small meringues on the baking sheet.

The best place to bake it is on the middle rack for 1.5 hours. Afeter 1.5 hourst just torn the oven off and let them sit for another hour.

This is all. They are really easy and really tasty.
