I hate wasting food so I try to make things in small quantities. I wanted lemon curd so I managed to make only 1 medium jar.
3 egg yolks
5 spoons of sugar
Juice from 1.5 lemons
Lemon zest from 1 lemon
Mix all the ingredients in a small pot and wisc all the ingredients well, in order to mix the sugar well.
Add them on the stove on a low heat in the beginning and stir. After the curd tikens, take it off the stove and put it through a strainer.
I keep it in a manson jar.
