Salmon with Broccoli

This is a really easy recipe, a beginner can do it any day.

The quantities are for 2 small servings, suitable for lunch. This is what I have when I diet.

What you need?

250g broccoli ( half of a big broccoli)

2 pieces of Salmon

I start by putting the water to boil for the Broccoli and heating up the stove for the salmon at 250 degrees Celsius.

I cut the broccoli in small, little trees. I use also the big side of the broccoli, I just cut it small.

When the water is boiling, I drop the broccoli for 6 minutes and after that I take it off and put it on a plate, on a paper towel. We will put the broccoli in a pan with oil, add salt and pepper and stir. In 6-7 minutes should be done.

The salmon will be put in a tray, add salt and pepper and into the oven. The perfect time to cook salmon, at 180 degrees, is 10 minutes. I bake it at 200 degrees for 15 min or until I see the color and I know is done. You take it out of the oven and that is it. Put everything on a plate and you have a fast, good meal.
