Hello all! I have ordered a pizza stone and I was experimenting all week. I was also at my normal job so no time to update you.
I have made pizza but the back off the pizza is not crunchy. That was the reason why I got it. I am really unhappy with it, after 4 failed pizza. On the last night, my husband just told me to bake him one the tray, like I used to do before.
The pizza looked amazing, as you will see below, but no crunch. I think I did not let it enough to dry, in the room temperature and the moisture just got out in the oven. I have no idea. I am planning to give it another try but maybe after December, I must get over my disappointment.
